St Anne’s ParentPay

The school has introduced an online system called ParentPay to enable parents and carers to pre-book and pay in advance for school meals and trips. This secure website allows you to access your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You will receive a unique username and password to activate your secure online account. You will be prompted to change these details and should keep them safe and secure. If you have more than one child at our school (or at another school using ParentPay), you can merge their accounts to create one login for all your children.

Payments can be made online by credit or debit card, or in cash at any store displaying the PayPoint sign. Payments made by card are credited immediately, while cash payments via PayPoint can take up to 48 hours to appear in your account. If you would like a PayPoint card, please contact the school office.

Features for Parents

School dinners – You can view menus with dietary and nutritional information, book your meal choices and pay online at any time.

Clubs – The school can send out advanced notification of clubs, so parents can secure a place, book and pay early.

Trips – The school can set up a choice of payment plans, acquire parental consent and key medical info through ParentPay.
