Sharing Jesus' life

How  do you choose your friends?

What is special about your friends?

What do you enjoy doing with your friends?

How does this make you feel?

The disciples were Jesus' friends?

Why do you think Jesus chose some fisherman to be his friend.

Listen to the story of Jesus changing Simon's name to Peter.

Why do you think Jesus called him a 'rock'.

What is a rock like? What does this tell you about the sort of person Peter was going to be?

Geography - Summer (seasons)

Using photos from magazines, make a Summer collage.  Collect a word bank of all the vocabulary that you think goes with the Summer season.

Can you think of any signs of Summer?

Compare Summer and Winter. Are the days longer or shorter in the Summer? What is the weather like in the Summer?

Find out facts about the artist Georges-Pierre Seurat.

What is 'pointillism?'

Draw or paint a seaside landscape, using pointillism.

You should get up and move around A LOT!  Even though you are inside self-isolating, you should do at least 2 hours exercise a week.  Why not find an online workout video? Dancing or boxercise are great fun!
